What information do I need to complete my booking?

ONLY the front windshield is repairable because it is made of laminated glass, the rear windshield and other windows in your vehicle are made of tempered glass.
Can I change my appointment?
Once you have booked your appointment, if you've given us the correct email address, you will be sent your confirmation email. You have the right to call or email us giving enough notice ahead to change the appointment date and time.
How soon can I drive away after my repair or replacement has been done?
You can always drive away immediately after a windscreen repair or replacement with no waiting time needed.
If any additional time is required, we will let you know.
Can you help clear any broken glass from my vehicle?
Yes. This usually happens when a side window or rear window is damaged due to the type of glass that is being used.
During your appointment, we'll clear any visible broken glass before completing the work.
What type of glass do you use for windscreen replacements?
For every replacement, we use OEM (original equipment and manufacturer) or equivalent glass that matches the specification of the original and is just as good.
Can my car fail its M.O.T/Roadworthiness because of a damaged windscreen?
